All orders are shipped within 3-6 business days. The shipping company will contact you to schedule your order delivery.

Return & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we strive to provide a smooth and secure shopping experience.

You have the option to check the item upon delivery to ensure the quality of the product before accepting it. If you choose to return the product directly with
the courier after inspection, the return shipping cost will be covered by the customer However, if the item has a defect or you receive the wrong product, we will cover all shipping costs at an extra charge.

We accept returns or exchanges within 48 hours of receiving the item, provided that the product is in its original condition, unworn and unwashed

Since you have inspected and received the item, you will be responsible for the shipping fees in case you change your mind and request a return or exchange
Therefore, please carefully check the product before accepting it

Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item to ensure it meets the return conditions. Once confirmed, the refund will be issued within a reasonable timeframe

يمكنك فحص المنتج عند الاستلام للتأكد من جودته قبل قبوله.و في حال قررت إرجاع المنتج مباشرةً مع مندوب الشحن بعد المعاينة، فإن تكلفة الشحن ستكون على العميل.
ولكن، إذا كان المنتج يحتوي على عيب أو تم استلام منتج خاطئ، فسنقوم بتحمّل جميع تكاليف الشحن دون أي رسوم إضافية.
نقبل بكل سرور طلبات الإسترجاع أو الاستبدال خلال ٤٨ ساعة من استلام المنتج، بشرط أن يكون في حالته الأصلية، غير ملبوس وغير مغسول.
ونظرًا لأنك قمت بمعاينة واستلام المنتج، فستكون مسؤولاً عن رسوم الشحن في حال غيرت رأيك وطلبت الإرجاع أو الاستبدال
لذا يُرجى التحقق بعناية من المنتج قبل قبوله
يتم معالجة المبالغ المستردة فقط بعد استلام المنتج المُعاد من شركة الشحن والتأكد من انه بحالته الاصلية تماما. وبمجرد التأكد، سيتم إصدار الاسترداد
